Flow My Body

Are you waking up crispy, popping and cracking? Are your joints stiff, muscles aching and do you walk as if you’re in a tight latex suite? It’s probably because your fascia is stiff and holding on to things like unprocessed emotions, trauma even. Especially when you’re (highly) sensitive. This modern life is a stressful way of living. We need more self love, self care, but not just healing the spiritual, emotional and mental life. The body needs healing as well.

And what can heal stagnate energy as unprocessed emotions or trauma better than movement that you can do yourself whilst learning to listen to your body?

Let’s heal the energy of our physical body, and let that healing manifest more range of motion, freedom to move, love for the vehicle of your soul. Through:

  • Mind and body connection.
  • Intuition and body connection.
  • Heart and mind connection.

Zen, meditation, affirmation, breathwork

Let’s quiet the mind, meditate, affirm whilst touching our body, breathe so we can expand not only our lungs but also our place here on earth. Quieting the mind doens’t mean that you don’t think about anything else. It just means that we observe the default thoughts, and let them go. Just to get back into meditation again and follow along. Nothing needs to be perfect, perfect doesn’t exist. But time and space for your inner being, body, breath, mindspace and heartspace. It won’t only build a different mindset, it will also heal the brain and heart connection.

Qi gong

Also let’s flow with qi gong, where we can let go with breath and movement, inhale new life’s force energy with breath and movement. So we can feel fresh and anew, flowing with our body, not trying to do the poses pushing your body against the pain boundary. But just moving the energy around your body, around your personal space, your auric field or magnetic energy field, however you want to call it.

Yoga

By stretching joints and fascia sometimes we can stretch out what’s hidden in those beautiful parts of our body. When we flare up it can mean there is more stress in the corresponding area of our life. Your whole body is a map of where you are comparing of where you want to be. It’s not just a stiff lower back, it’s where you’ve lost balance in your day to day life. Having way less time and energy for yourself, no rest, no repair. Like your shoulders are where you keeping the mental, emotional or even spiritual weight of the world. Yoga can help us to let go of those imbalances, of carrying too much, letting go of what isn’t ours. It’s not new that yoga is somatic, the true core of yoga is about helping the body heal itself naturally.

Pilates

And let’s build muscle and resilience. Resilience in the body, becomes resilience in the mind. When your mind can endure discomfort that will bring results, even your heart can build resilience in knowing that those kinds of stress are only temporary. That there will be rest and repair again afterwards. Of course I’m not talking about pushing through your pain threshold, that’s a boundary that we’re going to listen to. I’m talking about resilience of knowing what builds muscle, what makes your joints stronger, and will help with pain.

Yoga coaching/therapy

I want to help you alchemize the stiffness, soreness inside your body into self love, self care. Moving the body through it’s obstacles, stagnate energy and blocks. So if you need some one on one time to dive even deeper into this healing movement and get to know your inner being better, I’m here for it.
